A CAREER IN BUILDING

After nearly 20 years perfecting his trade skills in the construction industry, Fred started Schramm Construction in 1993. His goal as a commercial / industrial construction contractor was to complete large projects while providing businesses with the personal service they deserve.

Initially working with a major home building developer, he built residential clubhouses and swimming pools in Chicago’s western suburbs. As Schramm’s reputation grew, so did the business. Today, the Schramm team provides general contracting and design build services for commercial and industrial construction.

Big or small, we keep a close eye on all of our projects.When a client hires us, they work directly with the principals. Our goal has always been to make sure the customer gets treated fairly and with respect. Staying in tune with new processes, products, and technology, we bring value to each project. Our project management software “Procore” streamlines all project workflows.When we look at a project, we decide which subcontractors would be the best fit for the project type.
